Follow these steps to delete your Hudl user account from a Hudl app. There are additional steps in the process if your Hudl account is associated with a role on a team such as Athlete, Coach, or Admin.
- Log in to your Hudl account on a Hudl app
- Navigate to the Settings screen within the app
- Select the Request Account Deletion option
- On the confirmation screen, tap on the Request Account Deletion button to confirm that deletion
- If your Hudl account is associated with a role on a team such as Athlete, Coach, or Admin, your request to delete your Hudl account will be sent to Hudl support for further review and processing
- If the deletion is approved by the applicable customer organization(s) (or the customer organization(s) does not respond to Hudl support within a set period), Hudl will delete your account. When deleted, your account will be removed from all teams or organizations you are a member of on Hudl.
- If your account is affiliated with a disabled Hudl organization, the Hudl support team will proceed with the deletion of your Hudl user account.
- Please be advised that when your Hudl user account is deleted, certain purchase information of yours (such as ticket and streaming purchases) will be deleted and you will no longer be able to access your media subscriptions. This cannot be reversed.
- If your account is not associated with a role on a team, your Hudl account will be deleted automatically. This will delete certain purchase information of yours (such as ticket and streaming purchases) and you will no longer be able to access your media subscriptions. This cannot be reversed.
Please be advised:
- Your account and data deletion cannot be reversed.
- This process also covers your account on Hudl.com.
- This process may remove your account from all teams and organizations you’re a member of on Hudl.
- Information about Hudl organizations will not be deleted through this process.
