Your Profile:

Go to fan.hudl.com in your browser, or open the Hudl Fan app on your device. Click in the Search bar and type the name of the school or club you want to see. Select your school or club. You can refer to this tutorial for more details.

Can I favorite or follow my school or club?
Yes! In the Hudl Fan iOS app, simply tap the Favorite button on the organization’s profile page. You can view all your favorite organizations under the Favorites tab.

Where can I find highlights?
Highlights can be found on a scheduled game or under the Video tab, then filter by Highlights.

Where can I find livestreams?
Livestreams can be found on the scheduled game or under the Video tab, filtered by Livestreams. For more details, please see our tutorial on watching livestreams.

Where can I find tickets?
All published passes and tickets will appear under the “Tickets” tab on your profile, making it easy to find and purchase tickets for your events.

Hudl TV:

Can I watch the livestream on my TV?

Yes! You can download the Hudl Fan app on your Smart TV. Search for it on Roku, Amazon Fire, Apple TV or Android TV, then look up your school or organization.

The broadcast I am watching says delayed or has stopped, what happened?

If a broadcast is delayed, it means it hasn’t started yet and is past the scheduled time. The school or broadcasting organization may still be setting up, so we recommend waiting, as the livestream should start soon.

If a broadcast stops, the broadcasting school or organization is likely facing technical issues, such as equipment or internet connection problems. Please wait, as we expect the stream to resume shortly!

The livestream isn't loading properly. What's wrong?

For best results, we recommend using Google's Chrome web browser, though the latest versions of Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, and Edge should work fine.

To check whether your browser needs to be updated, click here.

I'm seeing a lot of buffering with my livestream. What can I do?

When watching a livestream, you'll need an internet connection bandwidth of 10 Mbps download speed. You can test your connection at SpeedTest.net.

If your internet speed is slow, you can try a few things:

  • Connect your computer to an active ethernet cable.
  • Close all unnecessary browser windows or tabs.

Hudl Tickets:

Will I receive a refund if the event I purchased a ticket for is canceled?

Yes! The organization will request a refund through Hudl and you'll be refunded the purchase price of your ticket(s). See Hudl's Ticket Purchase Terms for more information.

Can you send my ticket to a different email than the one used to purchase the ticket?

No. Any tickets purchased will be sent to the email used to purchase the ticket.

Can I exchange my ticket for a different event?

No, you’ll need to purchase a separate ticket for each event you wish to attend.

How will I receive my tickets?

All purchased tickets will be sent to the email used during checkout. Check your spam/junk folder in case the email was filtered there.

What if I purchased multiple tickets but all parties are not arriving together?

You can screenshot the ticket and send it to the user. Once the ticket is scanned, it can't be used again.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

You can forward the email with the ticket to someone else. Or you can take a screenshot of the ticket and share it with them.

Do I need to print out my ticket?

No need to print out your ticket. The ticket can be scanned from your phone.
