Getting Started with Hudl Tickets:
Once you’ve decided to add Hudl Tickets, we’ll work closely with you to get you up and running.

How Fans Purchase and Access Tickets:
It’s easy for fans to find, purchase and use Hudl Tickets. Here’s a quick tutorial for each step.
Your Options at the Gate:
Choose between several user-friendly ways for your gameday staff to accept tickets at the gate.
Scan:
To scan tickets at the gate, your staff just needs to download the Hudl Ticket Reader App, enter your access code, and select the event. From there, they’re ready to start scanning!
Tap to Validate:
Fans can select the tickets they wish to use at the gate and present them on their device to validate with a staff member.
Point-of-Service (POS):
You can also purchase a Stripe Card Reader to give fans the added flexibility of paying at the gate.
What convinced us to choose Hudl Tickets as our provider for conference events was the seamless integration it offered. Given our positive experience with Hudl for streaming, having a centralized platform for both viewing and ticket purchases was a significant advantage.
Reporting Guide:
Our real-time reporting gives you a clear and accurate view of your revenue and attendance. Here’s a breakdown of the available reports:
Event Report:
Get real-time updates on key event details, including total tickets sold, estimated revenue and more.
Purchaser Report:
For each event and pass, Ticket Admins can access detailed information such as purchaser names, email addresses and more.
Payout Report:
With each payout, you’ll receive an email from Hudl that includes a detailed breakdown of your total payout, revenue by event and pass type.

Hudl Tickets FAQ’s from Fans:
Will I receive a refund if the event I purchased a ticket for is canceled?
Yes! The organization will request a refund through Hudl and you’ll be refunded the purchase price of your ticket(s). See Hudl’s Ticket Purchase Terms for more information.
Can you send my ticket to a different email than the one used to purchase the ticket?
No. Any tickets purchased will be sent to the email used to purchase the ticket.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different event?
No, you’ll need to purchase a separate ticket for each event you wish to attend.
How will I receive my tickets?
All purchased tickets will be sent to the email used during checkout. Check your spam/junk folder in case the email was filtered there.
What if I purchased multiple tickets but all parties are not arriving together?
You can screenshot the ticket and send it to the user. Once the ticket is scanned, it can’t be used again.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
You can forward the email with the ticket to someone else. Or you can take a screenshot of the ticket and share it with them.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
No need to print out your ticket. The ticket can be scanned from your phone.
