Hudl helps teams and athletes reach their potential—and we do the same for our interns. You'll be treated like a full-timer while you gain hands-on experience at one of the fastest-growing companies in sports technology.
We have local roots on a global scale. Our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska is just about the coolest work environment you can imagine (seriously), but we hire interns at many of our offices across the world. Wherever you're hired, we'll help you do your best work.
We have more than a few benefits for our interns.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
These employee-led affinity groups provide support for all employees to be their authentic selves at work: Her Hudl, Hudl Black, Pride@Hudl, Community Champions and Mental Wellness.
Free Lunch
Our Lincoln office has in-house chefs that prepare lunch daily, and our offices in London and Omaha get lunch delivered once a week.
Flexible Dress Code
Wear whatever will help you do your best work—and maybe that's Hudl apparel. Legend has it we have the softest t-shirts.
Professional Development
From intern-specific events to department-wide programs, you'll see why Hudl is the best place to grow your career.
Networking Opportunities
The most valuable asset we have is our people. You'll work with an amazing—and global—team, giving you the chance to make all kinds of connections.
Job Experience & Mentoring
Your manager will take a vested interest in your growth, and you'll have an entire team of skilled professionals taking an interest in your success.
We're more than your average desk job—life at Hudl is all about loving where you work, and that starts with our people and culture. We provide a collaborative environment where you're able to grow personally and professionally. Take it from past interns who now work full time at Hudl.
Interning at Hudl was one of the best decisions I've ever made, but staying was an even easier one! Many of my coworkers became close friends and mentors, and when the full-time offer came, it was a no-brainer. I’ve been able to bring sales skills I learned as an intern into my current role, and it’s been such a smooth transition!
Over the past three years at Hudl, I've had the opportunity to grow across teams and products, from our website, to our mobile app, and now to machine learning. Each transition has pushed me to learn quickly, adapt, and build a broader foundation for my career than I could have imagined starting out.
My internship at Hudl gave me the opportunity to do real, meaningful work, learn from an incredible team and grow more confident in my voice as a social media professional. I was trusted to take on and own real projects, travel to events and connect with athletes, coaches and customers firsthand. Now, stepping into a full-time role, I’m excited to keep building on that experience and continue growing at a company that believed in me from the start.
